WHERE: Immanuel Presbyterian Church, 3300 Wilshire Blvd, LA (Geneva Room - wheelchair accessible)
PARKING: Street parking near the church, church lot, or Athena Parking lot across Berendo.
Browse through a large selection of affordable, sweatshop-free arts and crafts made by artisans internationally and locally, including embroidered pillow-covers, wallets and purses from Afghanistan, locally made jewelry, blankets, scarves and tote-bags, soaps, candles, oils, conscious books, CDs, and much more! See below for more information about our confirmed vendors and some photos of the items.
ENTRANCE IS FREE. Complementary tea, coffee and pastries courtesy of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and Trader Joes.
All proceeds will directly benefit the artists and workers who made the items.

Confirmed Vendors Include:
- Afghan Women's Mission - AWM is a US-based non-profit organization that works in solidarity with RAWA (Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan). Through RAWA's "income generation" projects, low-income Afghan women are trained in embroidery, sewing, jewelry making, etc, in order to empower them to sustain themselves. Products include pillow covers, shawls, purses, tote bags, tunics, wallets, plus a new shipment of jewelry! Also included are books, DVD, T-shirts and more!
- Ten Thousand Villages - a non-profit organization that provides vital, fair income to people in the developing world by marketing their handicrafts and telling their stories in North America. Fair trade products include jewelry, home decor, personal care items, coffee, chocolate, and more.
- Garment Workers Center - a local organization that empowers garment workers in the Greater Los Angeles area and to work in solidarity with other low wage immigrant workers and disenfranchised communities in the struggle for social, economic and environmental justice. Products include tapestry, handmade paper, children's toys, picture albums, silk purses and much more.
- Soaptopia - created by Jolie Chitwood Cox, whose vision was to build community around natural products with pure essential oils and the best plant based oils. Products include handmade soap, massage candles, bath salts, bubble bath, lip balm, Shea butter and more.
